BNMTELELINK
Updated 2026-09-29
BNMTELELINK is the contact centre run by Bank Negara Malaysia for the public to ask questions or lodge complaints about banks, insurers, and other regulated financial institutions. It is a channel for issues you have not been able to resolve directly.
When it matters
If your bank has been slow or unresponsive over a scam-related dispute, such as a bank recall request that seems stuck, BNMTELELINK is a reasonable next step after raising it with the bank itself. Keep a record of your bank’s responses beforehand, since BNMTELELINK will likely ask what you have already tried.
